WFAN: Yankees; 1050 ESPN: Knicks; Sirius: Plax
Mike Francesa has moved on to the new Yankee Stadium and Michael Kay to Stephon Marbury, but I just checked back in with Chris Russo on Sirius and he's still talking Plax.
Aren't those truckers in Idaho going to get tired of this subject pretty soon? What about Boise State's BCS situation?
I'm moving on with my non-Plax coverage plans for the week, which involve paying a personal visit to a certain 1986 Giant I've been trying to write about for months but who hasn't been returning my calls.
I'll let you know how that goes Wednesday or Thursday.
No, it's not L.T., who, by the way, had a rap sheet quite a bit more impressive than Plaxico Burress', yet who the Giants stuck by for years because of their family atmosphere and concern for employees as human beings and, well, OK, maybe a little bit because he was the greatest player in the history of the franchise.

Stephon Marbury is overjoyed! He got fired yesterday and humiliated and nobody gives a crap. Oh, Miami does because they might sign him if he gets cut, or even trade for him.
neil. the russo voice issue seems to be a real problem. before he took some time last week, his voice was shot. actually, the strain was evident for weeks. he took 4 or 5 days off (plus a weekend) and comes back and he sounds as bad as he did in prior weeks. he's admitted that there's a problem (fewer breaks, no cohost), but there's no solution in sight. it's def gotta be a concern to him and to Sirius.
