Howard Stern has long schmooze with Chris Russo

061115_stern_vmed2p_widec.jpgChris Russo was on Howard Stern's show Wednesday morning, here and here and here and here and here and here and here.

It's long, but has some entertaining and/or informational moments, like the part about negotiating for the "Mad Dog" name in Part 4 and about his eye-opening taste for gambling in Part 5.

(Parental guidance suggested due to language and subject matter, such as way too much information about Chris', um, private activities.)

Remind me again how life was worth living before YouTube?

Sirius' stock dropped under $1 today due to concerns about the company's ability to pay off their long-term debt. Karmazin says the company will show a profit by the end of next year. Ok, Mel, if you say so. Let's see what happens first, Russo's entire contract gets fulfilled or the company goes out of business.

Neil, what happened to Russo's loyalty to Imus and his program? Boy oh boy...

"Remind me again how life was worth living before YouTube?"

Before YouTube, children learned about life, love, comedy, philosophy, honesty, politics, sex, respect, apple pie and everything they don't learn in kindegarten anymore thanks to syndicated reruns of BoobTube programming like The Honeymooners, Abbott and Costello, The Bowery Boys, The Little Rascals, Amos and Andy and a host of others.
We all grew up, right or wrong, as the Rose Colored Glasses Generations.

Today, thanks to Youtube we now are fostering TMI Generations.

How's that?

that was the best.......chris is the best ever. the giants win a f ing game, 500000 from YES, smoking weed.....he really opened up

interesting scenario with chris admitting he was sexual deprived before getting married

Howard is the best interviewer of all time. But, I don't think Russo is going to have an impact on Sirius at all. There are too many alternatives. There were no alternative to Howard who has a loyal fan base 2nd to none. Russo doesnt that that at all

That was quite excellent. Stern can interview anybody.

I think Russo was never part of that Imus-Stern feud (Which allegedly involved Don calling Robin the n-word) and plus he is under the same umbrella with Stern.

I think Russo opened himself up for a visit from the IRS. A $25,000 sports bet not made through Vegas seems to me to be an illegal one.
