Keith Hernandez makes huge boo-boo, quickly recovers
SNY's Keith Hernandez came perilously close to ruining my weekend in the seventh inning of Saturday night's Mets-Astros game, but he dug a politically incorrect ball out of the dirt and (I assume) saved himself a lot of grief and me a lot of work.
While discussing how depressing the visiting bullpen in Houston is, Hernandez said, "They're caged, and they have lights over them. It's like they're in a concentration camp or something."
Um . . . after a brief pause Hernandez quickly corrected himself: "Prison camp, prison camp," he said.
Whew.

Oh who cares. So what if he thinks it looks like a concentration camp. Its not like he said kill the jews he was just making an observation.
Neil, have you noticed how Keith gets so distracted by players not executing fundamentals that he completely forgets far more important storylines in the game?
After Wagner gave up the lead, rather than talking about another good start by Santana thrown away by the bullpen, Wagner's 7th blown save, or that crazy play at the plate, Keith couldn't get past the fact that David Newham was still on 2nd base! Who cares!
Mask: Fair point.
Steve: Fair point.
Dear Neil Biast,
Thanks for continuing the double standard that has made you so widely read amongst such an exclusive demographic.
You spend most of your time espousing misogyny and defending low-life racist pigs like Carton.
Then, when a pro like Hernandez makes an obvious gaffe, you're all over him.
Get a grip, Neil.
So your Anti-Semitic Meter red-lined just because a broadcaster initially made an analogy concerning concentration camps? Get over your persecution complex and get on with your life, such as it is.
Neil- is it just me or does everyone have a negative attitude towards you since you first reported the Mike/Chris story back in late June?
I don't think the negativity towards Neil has to do with the fact that he was played by Cherny & Co.
Rather, I think it's the fact that he:
1. Has to get over his Carton obsession.
2. Writes 3-4 self-pitying posts a day
3. Often includes content that's offensive
4. Is inconsistent
5. Seems to have little interest in his subject matter (excluding writing love letters to Baldie and Boring in the AM)
Just my .02
Keith was probably going to make a legitimate comparison but hesitated and then took back his statement because he knew as soon as he reference 'concentration camps' idiot media pundits and commentators would jump all over him for being 'insensitive.'
Of course 'concentration camps' are not exclusive to the European Holocaust, the U.S. has had them during the Civil War, and during World War II we kept the Japanese in Internment Concentration Camps.
Just Mr. Biast looking to stir up some controversy. He's losing credibility with each passing day.
Mex has nothing to apologize for.
Mr. Biast, on the other hand....
It amazes me how people in the media always try to start these made up controversies, so they can see another person apoligize or get fired. He was comparing something and not smearing any group. Maybe we can put some type of electric chip in every bodies head, so they can get shocked when they say or think something that is different from what the pc police want to hear.
I`m interested there`s a lot of articles on casino gambling. There are different methods, tactics, strategies, algorithms of counting, calculations and so on.
But these objects are only heap of ads and i don`t want to analyze them `cause i don`t have any basic knowledge. It`s ineffective. Estimation i think will be wrong.
Is there anyone here who is attracted in such topic?
I`d appreciate someone`s explaining to me is there any systems or strategies, what are they (what approaches or concepts lay in basis) and in which casinos could they be applied to?
Thanx a lot.
