Sharp-eyed reader KM wondered last week about the extra fingers on Brett Favre's right hand in this new Donruss card.
Duh! How do you think he's been able to throw the ball so hard for the past two decades? He has a much better grip than ordinary humans.
It's either that or, as a person with alleged knowledge of the situation explained to me, someone was helping Brett hold up the jersey from behind and there was no time to airbrush out the extra fingers.
They'll be gone for the final version of the card.

Those were Woody Johnson's grubby little fingers.
They'll be popping up in a lot of weird places over the next 2 years... especially in my pocket trying to grab my wallet.
