For legal reasons, the Giants have to advise fans who get their PSL brochure that they should NOT treat the licenses as an investment.
In reality, there is an excellent chance the PSLs will rise in value. So if you're planning on giving up your season tickets because of the cost, it might be worth laying out the cash, then dumping the PSL and the tickets in a couple of years.

Can you use your IRA money to invest in personal seating licenses? What about other teams that have this in "the league that treats its fans the best" according to Joe Beningo (several years ago)>
