Really, there are no words to express my gratitude for your support over the past year.
I'm pretty much out of words by now anyway.
So I'll just say thanks for reading during the anniversary gala, and every other day.
And keep reading the newspaper.

Good job.
First beer at Koot's is on me.
Do you think there's any correlation to your 52 posts and a Ranger win?
I think that you have to do it again on Sunday if you want your team to succeed.
(Note to the math-challenged: there's perfect correlation -- the Rangers are 1-0 whenever Neal writes 52 of these things; of course correlation does not imply causation.)
Eric, I think that in order for the correlation to work on Sunday....based on the Mathakorean Theorem (written btw in 1975 by a Cornell undergrad named Matt -a Nigerian transfer from the Univ with Seoul) ...Neil would have to post 104 of "these things" in order for the Rangers to win on Sunday.
And then 208 for game 6.
416 for game 7.
Start crackin Neil.
The Ranger Nation needs you.
(maybe you can convince the Dolan's to pay you).
Neil, I just read all 52. Great effort today, considering I only did one post (but at least it was a long one: http://weblogs.newsday.com/sports/highschool/lacrosse/).
Also, did you realize that your one-year anniversary is just one day off from Slope Day? Pretty cool.
Stop posting-put the rangers away!
Neil - not a good job, but a great job out of year during the past year. kepp up the great work!
Thanks to all for reading the kind words!
