Here is the complete version of my Friday newspaper column, featuring guest appearances by Sidney Crosby, Danica Patrick, Earl Weaver and Willie Randolph.
There is more about hockey and auto racing in it than about the Mets or Yankees.
So it will be interesting to see whether I get fired by noon.

I see that Ed Olczyk GUARANTEES that hockey is going to outrate basketball in Detroit on Saturday.
That's a bold statement. What's he backing that guarantee up with?
Is he going to resign and not call the rest of the Finals if the Pistons draw more eyeballs?
I think he will be proven correct.
Sunday is the greatest day of the year. Start off at 730AM with the Formula 1 Grand Prix at Monaco. There is the threat of rain so there maybe an upset of the Ferrari vs McLaren the races have been. See how Max Mosley is received at the first race he shows after he is disgraced (upholding his father's image as a creep). Monaco is like flying a jet airplane in the living room. Don't spray champagne on the royal family. Count the number of supermodels that are friends of Neil Best on the yachts in the harbour.
Noon it's the Indianapolis 500 on ABC. See if the other 32 drivers combined get the screen time they will focus on Danica Patrick. Jim Nabors is supposed to be healthy enough to sing "Back home in Indiana". Since both Marco and cousin John Andretti are on the grid we will twice have the second most famous PA announcement "Andretti is slowing down" Mario, Michael, Jeff, Marc and John have combined for one Indy 500 win. Joe Beningo must root for the family.
At 500PM on FOX it's the NASCAR race at Charlotte (I can't remember the sponsor. I would never make it in NA$CAR.). 600 miles of Good Old Boys making left hand turns. Perhaps will get Tony Stewart in the #20 Home Depot Toyota win at the Lowe's race track. How many of the fans have brought the tar and feathers if Kyle "The Shrub" Busch spins out Dale Earnhardt Jr as he did three weeks ago in Richmond.
As always remember the people we lost in wars to keep us free to have Charles Dolan as our employer.
Versus did an 8.4 in Detroit for Game 1
ABC did a 12.7 for the Pistons game
I don't know if the Red Wings game was also available locally on an over-the-air broadcaster. It may have been.
