Here's the main part of my Friday newspaper column. It uses the Tuesday night Costas show as a jumping off point to Thursday's bizarre (and misguided, as it turned out) bashing of the Yankees and their young hurler.

I'd have been done blogging by now if not for the inconvenient intrusion of my job writing newspaper columns.
