Cheryl Ladd appears on WFAN, continues to age well
Now that I've ended my self-imposed ban on talk radio, I am trying to get re-acclimated gradually.
I checked in on Ca-Boom on WFAN this morning and heard them talking to Cheryl Ladd, which would have been a great opportunity for a gratuitous bikini shot from long ago.
But why not this sports-oriented, more recent photo of Ms. Ladd, who is aging gracefully into her late 50s?
I also did not post a gratuitous shot of the Jets' Flight Crew, an earlier radio discussion this morning.
Speaking of the Flight Crew, did you know its uniforms are being designed by Mark Ecko, the dude who bought Barry Bonds' 756th home run ball?

Why not? Because many of your readers signed on for the woman-in-bikini shots. Granted, we could google it ourselves, but that isn't the same as getting the cheap thrills via your blog. It seems a little less voyeuristic when I drool over a photo that you've incorporated into one of your posts.
However, it could be that as you've expanded you blog audience, guys like me that come for the general whiticisms and photos are far outnumbered by radio listerners that want to discuss the nicknames of the local morning drive-time hosts, and don't really care about the illustrations you use to spice up your blog. Comments 1 and 2 are some compelling evidence.
As you are known to say: Sigh.
Comedy: I thought of Ca-Boom myself! I'd do more nicknames, but I don't want to move in on the turf of my venerable Daily News counterpart.

Neil, I am so young and thus out of touch with the Baby Boomer age that I though Cheryl's claim to fame was playing Ed Deline's wife on Las Vegas. Then I just googled her and saw the whole Charlie's Angels thing. Whoops!
Get it straight folks. They have been on the air for like 13 minutes and they will still be referred to as 'the morning show'.
