WFAN's Rick Wolff is NOT in rehab
Loyal reader Al asked the following question Monday:
"Did you catch Ed Randall's comments [on WFAN] re: Rick Wolff, which he made while filling in for Rick on Sunday? He initially stated that Rick is in Betty Ford recovering and then made some other comment about Rick's absence. Do you know why Rick was not on the air Sunday on WFAN?"
I just asked Bob Wolff, Rick's father, about this. He said Randall simply was making a bad joke with no basis in fact. Rick was in Florida on a business trip regarding an upcoming book he is publishing.
Sigh.

Why would Ed make a joke about rehab? That's not funny. Well, unless you're Amy Winehouse, but that's entirely different.

Good, now I don't have to feel bad about feeling god that I don't spend my Sunday mornings hearing more on how we MUST have wooden bats in little baseball and aluminum bats KILL.
