Thank goodness other bloggers are keeping up with the Red Sox-Yankees rivalry while I slog through my Sunday column.
I just watched 2.5 hours of Mike Milbury studio highlights. Seriously.
This is the life I have chosen.
Speaking of Peter Gammons, I remember when he showed up one day in Anchorage in '83 or '84 to do a feature for the Globe on Alaska League baseball.
That was a big deal for the Anchorage sports journalism community.

Was Gammons able to overcome any regional biases he may have had as a Globe Reporter?
