Here is my Tuesday newspaper column, in which I . . . unfairly make fun of ESPN in wondering about its Masters credentials, give props to Isles analyst Billy Jaffe for his Emmy upset of Ron Darling, encourage Mike Milbury and Don Cherry to diss Jaromir Jagr and (sort of) congratulate Dickie V. for being elected to the Hall of Fame.

Always great to get a quote from the 7th greatest Canadian, Don Cherry.
I think ESPN is beginning to realize that they are not "The Worldwide Leader In Sports" but "Sports Biggest Joke". Maybe they should take a look at how people regard the way they cover things (putting the network above the event) and try to change to a more professional operation that people will watch and respect. And get rid of the clowns and buffoons they use to try to draw attention to their Mickey Mouse (not really a pun intended) operations.
