tony,please call home.

Neil,
What will 1050 do post-SAS? Will there be a rotation of hosts? Will there be a definate replacement? Will the station broadcast Tirico's whole show? Any names being attached to the opening?

Ah, ya beat me to it jenny craig.....

A/"Tony Gwynn please report to the concession stand....your cheeseburger and fries are awaiting you"

B/I sure hope Tony doesn't mistake Chip's shirt for ketchup.

C/"So Tony, how are ya liking this Hi-Def TV technology?"

D/If there's ever another Ghostbuster sequel, Tony is a lock for the role of Pumpernickel Pillsbury Doughboy.

E/10 more pounds and he'll be at his career batting average.

"Oprah?...Tony..."
"Tony?..Oprah.."

Not having Chip do a Braves-Mets game was like a kiss from the baby Jesus!

If it wasn't for his father, Skip Carey would be the worst baseball announcer in the United States (yes, worse than Uecker and Sterling). It's pathetic that a national telecast could feature such a horrible announcer. He spouts cliche after cliche while exhibiting little knowledge of the game. It will be very difficult for Ron Darling to be as good as he is with Gary Cohen because Carey won't set him up as well as Cohen does. The Carey family has given us three generations of bad baseball announcing and I just hope that Skip Carey doesn't have any children who go into the business.

CMG: Don't know yet.

wow tony be careful.

Jeez, try the salad, my man

I thought it was hilarious how Chip mentioned his resume got him to where he is, but in the same breath said he gets to drive to work several days a week with his dad. Nepotism is a wonderful thing, huh Chip? It really builds up resumes.
