Charles Barkley, Mormons take issue with ESPN
Thank goodness other bloggers are keeping up with the Ric Bucher-Mormons rivalry and the Charles Barkley/Dan Patrick-ESPN rivalry while I slog through my Sunday column.
(UPDATE: Bucher and ESPN already have apologized for his unfortunate choice of words.)

Just give Bucher a screening of SLC Punk and all will be well.
The irony is that one look at Bucher and he could easily pass for a 6 wifepack toting, 30pct tithing, I only conduct business with people of my persuasion, no games on Sunday, season ticket holder at Energy Solutions Arena.
Talk about the snow calling the hare white.
Stereotypes suck, eh Bucher?
Charles Barkley?
How can you not love the guy?
Espn has been really turning up the insensitive remarks. Just a few weeks ago Robert Parker made border line racist remarks about Hansbrough and Love. He even stated that the reason why there are no good white basketball players is because they are too busy practicing hackiesack and extreme sports. Now this. I guess its okay for espn to make comments like this, but they will go after any other media personality that makes the same type of remarks.
Rob Parker is a Barry Bonds apologist and also believes Roger Clemens is an innocent. Credibility is pretty low. Also the only reason he got on ESPN was because he called Henry Aaron a coward for not supporting Barry Bonds in his pursuit of his record. This is ESPN's standards for hiring people.
Also, Kevin Love is so old school with his. I love him. A little Wes Unseld and Arvydas Sabonis with stronger knees. Can't stand Hansbrough. He reminds me too much of Beeker from the Mupphets. Also that stupid dance or whatever he did on a game-winning shot rubbed me completely the wrong way. Love is cool and will be a good pro. Psycho T is just a Carolina hype job.
