Someone has an even worse bracket than you do

wrought_iron_curtain_poles_bracket_vertical.jpgOK, I admit it. I'm a hopeless sucker for ESPN.com's statistical updates on its men's tournament bracket challenge.

The most amazing accomplishment after one round: an entrant that got NONE of the 32 games right. That's even harder than getting them all right, which no one did. Isn't it?

More stats:

51 bracket entries correctly predicted 30 of the 32 games played to date;
1 entry correctly predicted zero of the 32 games;
12,694 entries predicted San Diego, Siena, Villanova, Western Kentucky, Davidson advancing to the Second Round;
1,471,615 predicted Clemson would advance to the Sweet Sixteen;
1,950,119 predicted Connecticut would advance to the Sweet Sixteen;
401 predicted Siena, San Diego, Kansas State, Davidson will all advance to the Sweet Sixteen;
623 predicted Siena, Western Kentucky, Kansas State, Davidson will all advance to the Sweet Sixteen;
6,007 predicted Siena will advance to the Elite Eight;
6,494 predicted San Diego will advance to the Elite Eight;
90,413 predicted Davidson will advance to the Elite Eight.
