neil, how come mike thinks his bithday has more celebrity shares than anyone else? is he arogant to think like this?

okay, once again Imus discussed NCAA pool, WFAN, his doing pool there for 20 years, etc and still no story from Neil. This is interesting stuff. No francesa and russo on the new show. There has to be something here. Always made for great radio. Please investigate. I know others have asked before me. We'd do it ourselves but you're our watchdog.

I'm busy watching NCAAs today, but OK, OK, I will call Bernie and ask him about this next week!

Thanks Neil. That is a great job by you in advance. We all look forward to what the Watch Dog finds. Its funny, the tournament was always such a huge thing with mike/dog, Imus, etc at the station. There would be some much intra-show promotion it was great for everyone. Now its gone. I look forward to hearing what you find out. Watchdog rules in advance.

Neil, just to get you in the mood for your investigation, this is from Wipedia: I can't wait to hear about why Mike/dog aren't on with Imus doing the tournament:

Before Francesa and Russo were paired, Russo was an overnight/weekend and fill-in host. He caught the attention of Don Imus, who was so impressed with his vibrant personality that he brought Russo onto the Imus in the Morning show as its sports reporter. The attention Russo received on Imus was enormous.

Meanwhile, Francesa was a midday and weekend host at WFAN, and was known to be knowledgeable but somewhat dry on-air. Like Russo, Francesa got the attention of Imus when he made an on-the-air bet with Francesa that Seton Hall University's basketball team would not make the Final Four in the NCAA tournament. Imus promised Francesa a new Porsche if Seton Hall made the Final Four, which they did. Though Imus found a way around the bet, the dialogue between the two is considered to be among the classic moments in the history of Imus in the Morning.[1][2]
