Giants jack up ticket prices after four-game win streak

I'm shocked!

Public Relations 101: Announce price increases on a Friday. In the afternoon. On Good Friday. During the NCAA Tournament.

Here are the numbers:

Sections 301-308, 314-328 and 334-340 will be $80 per seat.
Sections 309-313 and 329-333, as well as 101-107, 115-127 and 135-140 will be $85 a seat.
Sections 108, 114, 128 and 134 will be $90 per seat.
Seats in sections 109, 113, 129 and 133 will be $95 apiece.

Fans will also be in for parking hell more so than last season.

Did the Jets raise prices due to throwing around money in FA like the Mets have done?

This is the first year I can remember that prices will vary by section. It was alway the same for upper and lower while mezzanie was $5 more. Maybe they can win a few more home games this season. Even though my seats are going up by $15 the pricing is still fair. Just don't make me buy a PSL for the new stadium, I won't do it, I'll buy a 60" TV instead.

NY Times writes personal seat licenses are seriously being discussed for the New Swamp. Maybe not for all seats, probably those between the 20's everywhere and all the lower bowl.

Think it's time to sell my Gang Green seats that I've held for almost 25 years to the highest bidder - after I pay the PSL.

I think they could sell out at $200 a ticket, no? Fans pay that and more on the ticket broker/scalper sites...
