Uh, oh. I'm already starting to get a queasy feeling about the spectacle that will be the 2008 All-Star Game in the Bronx.
The latest wrinkle is that Fox will roll out a red carpet in midtown that evening, complete with a parade hosted by Chris Rose.
Sounds very annoying. But Rose is a good guy. He went to college with Ken Davidoff, so he must be OK.
I assume they made it through by taking mostly courses full of jocks.

From the article.....
"All-Stars, Hall-of-Famers and celebrities will enter the 2,000 foot red carpet at the corner of 42nd Street and Sixth Avenue and journey up to Central Park."
Start the pool now Neil.......How many of the "All-Stars and Hall of Famers" will get to 6th Ave and Central Pk South, and make a right hand turn and beeline to Mickey Mantle's and ditch the balance of the parade?
I'm pretty sure Fox has done the same red carpet thing for the last couple of all star games as well
Michigan is a fine, upstanding academic institution! There's nothing wrong with given our student-athletes a little (okay, an enormous) push in the right direction!
