Bud, Bud Light to be prominently displayed at Citi Field

Next time we build a new stadium let's be a little more creative in selecting beer brands, shall we?

Did you see the annc. in a trade paper that Ron Darling is now the spokesperson for Sovereign Bank?
Dueling banks! Citibank for the team and the field, Sovereign for Darling's ads.
Goes back in time when the Mets were sponsored by Manufacturers Hangover, while G.T. Seaver shilled for Chase Manhattan,

Look for another bank merger Sovereign Bank with Citi. After all Chase merged with Manny Hanny. Tom Seaver was a great spokesman for Chase and I am sure Ronnie Darling will do the same for Sovereign Bank.
