Frequent WFAN caller and baseball press box regular Bill the Baker remains in critical condition at Southside Hospital, 10 days after being struck by a hit-and-run driver.

A week or two before the accident, Bill called me to vent about something Joe Benigno and Evan Roberts had said on the air about him, but mostly I chalked it up to Bill being harmlessly grumpy and told him to get over it.
