Every once in a while, after another mundane day of college basketball recruiting scandals or blockbuster NBA trades or maddening Congressional hearings, I flash back 10 days or so ago and am spiritually restored by a thought that reminds me why we all bother to be sports fans in the first place:
The Giants really did win the Super Bowl. Holy cow. What a story.
