Thursday I will be handing in my vintage laptop, which dates back to two Giants Super Bowls ago, for a less-old version.
But I now have to spend a few hours deleting as much stuff as I can from the old hard drive to ease the transition.

Neil, deleting files doesn't really remove them from your computer. They can still be recovered with the right program. So if you have anything on there that you really don't want anyone to see you'll need a disk scrubber program.
