Phins-Pats now conflicts with Jets-Titans

plunkett.jpgUh-oh. The good news, as WatchDog reported below, is that the Dec. 23 Giants-Bills game was not plucked by the NFL and NBC into prime time.

But the announcement came with this unfortunate news: The Dolphins-Patriots game was moved from 1 p.m. to 4:15, directly opposite Jets-Titans.

So New Yorkers without "Sunday Ticket" can watch the Patriots play the Jets and Giants in Weeks 15 and 17, but will not see what could be a historic matchup of 14-0 and 0-14 squads.

Sigh.

Come to CT, we get the Patriots on channel 3 from Hartford.

You don't want to see the Dolphins trust me. I am looking forward to the Patriots-Jets game this weekend. The Pats should have the spread covered by the end of the first quarter well on their way to 70 points or more. I am pretty bummed I will need to sit in the local establishment to watch the Giants-Patriots game.
