I hate to out Deadspin's Will Leitch like this, but sources say the reigning King of Sports Bloggers appeared Monday as part of a panel discussion on "new media'' surrounded by old media dinosaurs.

It happened at the fall meeting of the Associated Press Sports Editors' Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions in Manhattan.

Will talked about the meritocracy of the blogosphere and other stuff, apparently.
