Giants lose Kiwanuka, gain haiku
Sorry I'm off to a late start this Monday. I was serving as a writing coach at my daughters' middle school.
Today's subject was haiku.
The kids did a fine job with the assignment, cranking out creative examples on their first tries.
I figured I'd give them a sports-oriented haiku, which resulted in the worst one in the class:
Giants beat Lions
Wild card hopes fly higher, higher
Better beat Vikings!
