Cowboys in action on CBS Sunday!
Props to CBS' p.r. department for catching my attention with a press release titled "CBS Sports Broadcasts Cowboys Games on Sunday, Dec. 2."
Hmm. Didn't the Cowboys play Thursday night?
Turns out it's the Wrangler Pro Rodeo Tour Championship, taped Nov. 11 in Dallas.
The release says: "This is the final rodeo event of the regular season. Cowboys compete in six rodeo disciplines: Bareback Riding, Team Roping, Steer Wrestling, Saddle Bronc Riding, Tie-Down Roping and Bull Riding, and cowgirls compete in Barrel Racing."
Cowgirls barrel racing? Sounds intriguing.
That's it for me this week. Enjoy the Wisconsin-Milwaukee vs. Marquette game on SNY tonight.

Let me ask you something, Neil.
Why is it that every time you mention the word "Cowboys," you find the need to post a picture of a cheeleader - or, in this case, multiple cheerleaders?
Also, is the best you can say about Bryant Gumbel, Gumble, Gumball, whatever ... is that he is "less bad" than last year? Can you not simply state the obvious and write that the most successful league in the history of professional sports can do better than an announcer who is "less bad?"
Thanks for reading, Sir Skittish.
Don't feel bad Neil, I got fooled when I read "Patriots Play on PBS." I tuned in and it was a documentary on the "Sons of Liberty."
Oh, well gotta run, just got a tip that the Jets are at Newark airport and the Giants are at Brobdingnag. (Where the hell is Brobdingnag?)
I do have to say that you're getting creative in posting pics of the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders. I never look at a gift horse in the mouth. I still would like to see if you could work Scarlett Johansen in one of these posts.
Come on, Neil! You gave them Imus posts....we want Scarlett ;-)
If it's all about the hits, then give your blog-reading public what they want! Besides, I'm a Giants fan, anything Cow-poke related makes my queasy.
The cheerleaders don't do anything for me Neil, but it is a wonder how they do that move. It's just not natural.
Why do you call Bob Sir Skittish?
Because he became famous this week for quoting GM Jerry Reese referring to Eli's play last week as "skittish."
