I hope Imus lands on WPLJ....

Neil, you've made a regular boring 40-year-old married mother of two very, very happy! You're our I-point man whether you like it or not, sorry, but we so appreciate it. The show means different things to different people but we're all united in one thing - we're passionate about Imus in the Morning. We all want nothing else than our lives to get back to pre-April normal too.

Rafino is wasting away on with Boomer and Carton. He belongs with Imus. He did get promoted at WFAN to head engineer so this will cost Citadel big money.

The sports station loses best newsman on radio. Best advertising dollars man on radio. Best engineer on radio. Times are tough at WFAN.

Mike/Dog haven't mentioned Imus since Boomer/Carton got the job. Have they been muzzled by Chernoff and CBS Radio?

somebody please tell me how we could be dropped from the zone in pitt.pa to have an old washed up b-94 come back .. it seemed to me that O&A and the others on the zone lineup was something different if musac is what we wanted we just changed the station. but to just slap us in the face with this idiotic x-mas music theme really makes me sick. someone in radio in pitt. please gives us a station with O&A and IMUS

Lou must figure he can live in obscurity at the fan or go big time with Imus. No Imus means Raffino is an unknown. What everyone at the fan must be thinking.

I don't think Lou has a contract. I think he's just a regular working schlub. I assume he can leave with two weeks notice or something.

wow! i never realized that there were so many imus fans out there. i'm delighted. but also puzzled because his ratings never did reflect how many folks were listening out there. i am happy to hear that chuckie and louie will be with him. i don't think, however, that carton and boomer will be hurt by imus returning to the airwaves. all it does is give us listeners more of an option. and having more options is good. And you're right, neil - the board ops at wfan do not have a contract.

Sweet Lou coming back with Imus. Neil, the whole country will pick up on your scoop.

Sid is the morning man on WAXY in Miami. He is berry, berry happy to have such a good job. Altho he probably would love being in NY on WFAN (not WABC!), he knows he's got a much better gig on WAXY.

I guess Sid has a good deal if you only want to be heard in the Miami area. Small potatoes but I'm glad he's keeping his nose clean. WFAN is a nothing now - no big syndicated talent in Queens no less.
