Kremer to Sheffield: 'Way Weak'
Gary Sheffield is not my problem as a reporter, thank goodness, beyond the fact I watched an upcoming HBO interview with him and posted the hilarious/disturbing quotes here on Newsday.com.
In theory, this beat made the person sitting opposite him during the interview more relevant to me. And I can tell you Andrea Kremer does a fine job following up and pressing him on his wacky inconsistencies. She also calls the fact that he blames poor choices in women for his problems "way weak.''
There are few sports journalists as good at probing sit-down chats than Kremer.
