Yup, the sooner we rid our selves of these two, and the sooner we can put in place Patrick, Torts and Mess for example, the quicker we can begin to resolve this mess we are in....no better time than the present IMO _X_

Tony, for the right price, yes, I would (gulp) take him back......AND, the ONLY reason is because this team is desperate for a goal scorer...a real threat and some kind of PP specialist. WE MUST SCORE MORE GOALS in order to compete w/the rest of the NHL. I was all for the kids com'n in and still am...afterall, it is all about balance and chemistry. If he wants to come back and really truly make a difference here, then let's do what we can "realistically" do to sign him for this year, before Pittsburgh does. They have Crosby, & Malkin as superstars, and all we have are superscars, esp. w/Rosy's headbash'n in the door........speaking of, why doesen't the NHL eliminate the door and just let the players climb over the boards???? we'll even put a footstool out for Dawes & Gomez _X_

Stranger things have happened re: JJ's contract. What is so weird for me is that 5 months ago, I was on the bandwagon not resign JJ, and here I am willing to have him back for this year....just goes to show you how disappointed I am with the results of the kids, and the team in general....speaks volumes towards Renny, the coaching staff and Sather. I am, admittedly so, embarrassed to say yes to Jagr com'n back.
