East Hampton takes down Jericho...

Behind Jerome Russell's 22 points, East Hampton defeated Jericho, 63-48, in the Long Island Class A final.

After falling behind 9-2 to start the first quarter, the Bonackers responded to take a 30-18 halftime lead. Jericho center Matt Cajuste was limited to just four points in the game (zero in the first half), thanks to early foul trouble and guard Justin Resnick and forward Russell Taff scored just 3 and 0 points, respectively.

Marcus Edwards chipped in 16 for East Hampton and Hayden Ward added 15. Mikey Russell finished with eight.
