are u guys going to do the rankings through the playoffs or was this the last one
adam and i thought it would be a good idea to keep going with the rankings (and probably the player of the week) for the remainder of the season. It'll probably be blog-only though.
nice game played between WI/HHW. playoff atmosphere and some great baseball exhibited by both. money players came to play today. Nice day for section XI baseball
I was at the West Islip game and it was a good one. What a comeback. It would have been easy for WI to have their heads down after a tough four-run fifth inning. The bats came alive and didn't stop. HHHW looked good for the first 4 1/2 innings. Both teams are solid and I could see one of them advancing to the championship.
According to Maxpreps national high school rankings in baseball St Dominics of Oyster Bay , LI ranks #1 in all of NYS . How does Newsday rank St Dom's # 3 on long island ? Out of 14,200 high schools nationally St Doms ranks 210th . I don't think Island trees or Massapequa are even in the top 500 . How does Newsday get its stats ? Thank you
