Bill Stewart is the man

Just got off the phone a 35-minute conversation with West Virginia coach Bill Stewart.

Hands down, best interview I've ever had.

The only problem: I have more to digest than I know what to do with, but he left me with specific instructions:

"Don't make me out to be a genius. I'm just a house painter."

I'll return.

Adam,

Herein lies my problem for the upcoming college football season. I want to continue my hatred of WVU and the rivalry I have with my soon-to-be husband, but that's getting extremely hard to do because I love Bill Stewart.

Plus, I keep seeing stories like this http://www.winchesterstar.com/article_details.php?ArticleID=6026 about the Mountaineers. I know a lot of teams do things like this, but my mother sent me a forwarded e-mail from the guy who took Kevin to Mountaineer Field that said "Bill Stewart also spent several minutes of his precious time with Kevin and his family. When I told him how impressed I was with the team's willingness to make Kevin's day so special he replied, 'I am not raising young athletes, I am raising young men'"

What's not to love about this man? WVU fans should be happy RRod is gone. Can't wait to read your interview!

If you want a reason to continue your hatred for the 'Errs, just remember.

New coach, but not new fans.

Jeremy.... Ouch...

You're right Jeremy. Thank you!

Adam, Please don't keep me in suspense. I can't wait to hear the interview!
