Terrelle Pryor ready to pick a college

By Adam Abramson

Terrelle Pryor is announcing any minute and I am hearing the quarterback will be heading to Ohio State.

Strange, considering he said he wants to play next year and Todd Boeckman is coming off a great season. Two quarterback system?

Stay tuned. If this story has proved anything, it's that it's not over yet.

Can't say I'm devestated with this one. I never liked how he was handling his recruitment and it's hard to be impressed with a guy who dominated 2A football. Austin Scott is the greatest RB in the history of PA 4A football and he was a total bust.

Something tells me his name wont reside alongside Montana, Marino or Namath's as great Western PA QBs.

Nice move by the Yankees by the way with Tech, kind of hard to hate them now as a Mets fan.

Terrell didn't pick Michigan, so I'm happy.

However, I find it strange that he didn't pick a school who plays the Spread offense as thats the system best suited to his abilities.

In any case, I think you'll see him fall out of favor and transfer in the next couple years when he isn't handed the starting job

We'll see how Pryor does at OSU. They run a traditional pro set offense; it will be interesting to find out how if they change it for him, or he if forced to change his style instead.

Several blogs have said that while he is a phenomenal runner, he is only an average passer. He tends to "float" the ball when he throws, instead of firing a rope. He also played against smaller schools.

I'm a Michigan fan; I believe we will tough it out in the short term, but be far better off without this kid.
