Couple of things to follow up on...
1. Wow. 'Their' instead of 'they're'. Geesh is right.
2. West Virginia -6.5 at Cincinnati. BNG, I don't know how I missed this. I'm guessing Nos. 1 and 2 are linked. However, I don't see WVU winning this game by less than a touchdown. WVU is the only consistent thing left in the conference at this point.
3. Miami at Virginia Tech -17. I didn't pick this game originally for a few reasons. First, I have picking VT games because I'm usually wrong. Two, the spread is really big and I'm not really sure what to think, haha. But I understand I do have a lot of Virginia Tech readers, so that's my fault. I will take Virginia Tech to cover. It's senior day, Miami's problems are very grave and Virginia Tech has been cookin' since the BC loss.

Thanks Adam!
I hope you're right about WVU - Cincy, but after your Oregon - Arizona call, I would have felt more comfortable if you'd picked it the other way :-) :-)
Me? I can't pick this one... Cincy is coming off two outstanding games... Kelly has his team believing they're already Big East Champions.
I hope coach R-Rod is drilling home two lessons to the 'Eers this week:
1) Hold on to the ball! (Slaton, White and Devine aren't known for protecting the rock.
2) Don't take any retaliation penalties (Cincy is the most penalized team in the country).
B&G, you can't call Adam out for picking Oregon, who knew Dixon would miss the entire game. That being said should I root for him to pick USC Thanksgiving night? (wink wink)
Boy am I just happy for the win... Pat White almost made my point #1 trying to fumble the ball away twice in the fourth quarter.
Cincy also tok some pretty stupid penalties again... if Kelly's team is going to compete he's going to have to straighten out that aspect of the Bearcats game. Next up, Uconn.
I think WVU's still has a chance of playing in the "Big Easy".
Kansas - Missou is going to have a loser on the 29th. Now the winner of that game will most likely play Oklahoma for the Big 12 Championship in San Antonio.
I think Oklahoma will be fired up for that game... in fact, I think that game is why they were overlooking TT and Oklahoma has a decent backup to starting QB Sam Bradford in Joey Halzle.
(Any word on whether Bradford can play any more this year after his concussion?)
So there's one guaranteed Top 5 loss and another probable.
LSU will most likely win out. They may get some heat from Georgia (who you pointed out might be playing the best football of anyone right now) in the SEC title game, but I have confidence in LSU.
I'm more worried about OSU jumping over WVU the way Florida jumped over Michigan last year. It's totally possible in my estimation.
Anyway, LSU - WVU was my dream title game before the season began... I'd love to see it.
(ed note: LSU matches up so well against the Mountaineers though it's not funny, I think LSU would STOMP on WVU. LSU has a very quick and very physical defense that would give R-Rod's squad more problems than anyone else in the NCAA this year.
But I'd still be proud to see "my" Mountaineers play for a BCS championship.
I'm curious how you feel about it Adam.
