Louisville: The new Greatest Show on Turf?

By Adam Abramson

Louisville just kicked off against Middle Tennessee State and scored in 18 seconds.

The Cardinals are defending a 19-game home winning streak in which it averages 50 POINTS A GAME (I double checked).

On the first play of the game, Brian Brohm hit Gary Barnidge for 81 yards and a score. So, if that trend continues, what would happen?

Well, it was 7-0 in 18 seconds, so let's have some fun.

The final score would be 1,400-0.

Brohm would have 16,200 passing yards on 200 completions.

He would win the Heisman.

It must be fun to watch a Louisville homegame.

Well, as soon as I typed that, MTSU just scored a touchdown on a 78-yard pass. Could be a lot of offense tonight. Both teams are a few yards shy of eclipsing Virginia's 108 total yard last week.

**Update. His second pass went 71 yards for a touchdown. He's eclipsed Virginia.
