As of today, according to the Giants.
No word yet on a new defensive coordinator... Or on whether other assistants will stay or go.
More to come, as always.

YEAH... THERE IS A GOD!
According to WFAN Dom Capers is the leading candidate to replace him. That means the team would likely feature a 3-4 alignment next season.
Woohoo!!!
Please let us get Dom Capers. And some corners...
The defense did choke at the worst possible times and it seemed as if it took Lewis forever to make adjustments to what opposing offenses were doing.
In fairness to him, however, he did lose half his starters to injury and some of the free agent DB pickups didn't live up to expectations (see Will Demps and Sam Madison)...
Either way, the problem lies with the ol' Tom C. He hired all these guys.
Dear Arthur,
This is good news indeed. I hope Lewis gets the HC job in Miami.
It's all coming together.
Coughlin can stay, but Gilbride has to go. What ever happened to that HC job at Boston College?
If Coughlin wants Gilbride around for comfort and support, he should make him a 'bench coach'. But ultimately, I would ask myself: What would Buddy Ryan do?
Licking my wounds,

Good. Now let's fire Manning next. He's as "good" now as he's ever gonna be. He'll never be the "franchise" the way his big brother is in Indy.
It's about time.
Finally, Tim Lewis got fired after big blue's defense always choke at second half. and lousy db.. I was hoping for blitzing coach not 3-4 stragery.
