Hey, look, Randy Moss finally plays in Oakland

We all remember the hoopla of Randy Moss coming to Oakland for the 2005 season. That police escort to his introductory press conference.
Then he decided to stop playing football when actually on the football field for two seasons. He forces a trade to New England for 2007 and catches every pass ever thrown by Tom Brady.
And now he comes back to Oakland for a game with his 2008 New England Patriots and catches two touchdowns (he caught five passes for 67 yards overall).
With each touchdown reception, he made sure to turn his back to the Black Hole in Oakland's stadium and point to the name on his jersey.
Perhaps he thought Raider Nation didn't know who he was since the those two poses were the most energy he ever exerted in Oakland.
Moss' stats in Oakland
2005: 60 rec, 1,005 yards, 8 TDs (third worst season of career)
2006: 42 rec, 553 yards, 3 TDs (worst season of career)
Moss' stats in New England
2007: 98 rec, 1,493 yards, 23 TD (NFL record for WR)
2008: 66 rec, 908 yards, 10 TD (through 14 games)
Granted, much of that has to do with Oakland's remarkably terrible team of the past few seasons. But a receiver that talented should be able to elevate his offense just a little bit, dont you think?

go back to raiders moss
"But a receiver that talented should be able to elevate his offense just a little bit, dont you think?"
Not really; not if you have a terrible quarterback who cant get the ball to you. Or a horrible offensive line that doesn't allow you time to get open down field. Or an otherwise horrible receiving group which basically allows every team ever to man up on them and double the one good player on the team.
Honestly, no offense to the Raiders, a terrible team can drag one player down much easier than one good player can lift a whole team up.
