What about Antonio Pierce in all this?
While Burress is clearly in hot water, potentially facing a 3 1/2-year prison sentence, linebacker Antonio Pierce, who was with Burress at the New York nightclub when the receiver accidentally shot himself, might be in trouble, too.
There are reports Pierce tried to hide Burress' weapon after the incident. It's uncertain whether he faces criminal charges as a result of his behavior, but this is clearly not a good thing for the Giants. Pierce may have been trying to help a friend, but if he's arrested and charged as a result of his actions, he, too, could find himself taking a back seat to the Giants' push for a Super Bowl repeat.

IF he tried to hide evidence in what could be several felonies...he could face even more time than PB.

Let's just hope that if Pierce is brought up on charges that the DA and the Judge will take into acount that Antonio was acting under extreme Burress.
Ba-da boom.....chiiiiiiii.
