A world record for the earliest mock draft ever

Set by our buddy at ESPN.com, Todd McShay.

The draft isn't even two days old, and already Mac has a mock for NEXT YEAR'S DRAFT!!!!

Oh, my.

This one's for you, MelTriplett.

Man, if this keeps up, I'm gonna "go Abramson" pretty soon. Can't we at least wait until ... oh, say ... next week before we start thinking about next year's draft?

Bob,

Pay no attention to this Mock Draft- it has the Cowboys and Patriots in the Super Bowl, with the Patriots as winners!!!

The Cowboys? With an average head coach (remember how completely lost he looked on the sidelines during the playoff game against the Giants), 3 ME-ME-ME guys to fracture the team (T.O., Tank Johnson and Pacman Jones), Jerry Jones picking the talent (the current team was hand-picked by Bill Parcells and it's already starting to unravel talent-wise) and the OL carrying a grudge at the way Tony Romeo (sic.) yelled at them in the that playoff game, "experts" still pick them for the SB. Oh, sorry- I forgot!!! McShay works for ESPN, on which network the Cowboys can do no wrong.

The Patriots win the SB? The Giants drew up the perfect game plan- on offense, exploit the LBs and on defense, pressure Tom Brady AND double-team Randy Moss, i.e., make the Patriots beat you using someone other than Moss. The new LBs are all rookies, Dontae Stallworth is gone and no new talent for the OL. Hard to see them winning as many games as last year, let alone the SB.

Regards
