Kelly leaves without a deal

Former Bucs cornerback Brian Kelly, 32, visited with the Giants today, but left the stadium without a deal.

It's still possible he signs with the Super Bowl champs, but my sense is the Giants weren't offering him the kind of money he expected. If it's about the dough, he'll likely end up in Detroit, where head coach Rod Marinelli has been in the habit of signing players from his old Bucs team. Marinelli was the Bucs' defensive line coach before taking over in the Motor City.
