Caught up with Super Bowl hero David Tyree last night at a charity event at Mickey Mantle's in New York.
Tyree said he's seen his catch around 40-50 times, mostly during television interviews, but also on his own. Seems DT can't go anywhere these days without being recognized. Before Feb. 3, he could have walked down the streets of New York without a single person knowing who he was. Not that way any more.
