Why does Fassel keep not getting jobs? The man did coach some monumental collapses but he also made it to a superbowl. What is going on here?
There are two head coaching jobs in the NFL that totally defy logic and reason... The Redskins and the Raiders. Why anyone would take either of those jobs and expect to be successful is beyond me.
Why doesn't Snyder just coach the team himself?
Zorn has been quoted as saying one of his challenges will be to get his center to "tweak" his butt up a little higher because he has a tall QB.
I feel sorry for the fans in DC
I don't!!!! :)
I agree that Fassel should have gotten an opportunity by now. When you compare his resume with Zorn's, it's not even close. Plus, Fassel is far better equipped to put up with the nonsense that the Redskins' front office puts forth, and he has a thick skin that would serve him well.
I just don't get it, other than the idea that Snyder panicked when he saw the backlash about the potential Fassel hire.
Good news for Giants' fans, though. One less divisional team to worry about the next few years.
Since the Redskins are owned by a "turkey" named Snyder, it's fitting that Zorn is the coach !
