JP:

I think we've pretty well exhausted the Best look-a-likes.

you know what, i am just exhausted.

Andy Rooney.... "You know what irks me? You get into an elevator and there are all these buttons. This one is number Four. That will take you to the fourth floor. Here is a Seven. That will go to the seventh floor. This one says Nine. That will take you to the ninth floor. This button says 'Close Door'. If you press it, the door will close. If you don't press it, it will close anyway. Seems like a waste of a button to me.

When I was a young reporter, we used to take the stairs. Sometimes if we had to go up a lot of floors, we would ride the elevator. We'd get in, and if there was another person in the elevator, we would say 'good morning' or 'good afternoon'. Nowadays, people don't talk in the elevator. They stare at their shoes as if wondering whether or not to get a shoe shine. Maybe there should be someone shining shoes in the elevator. It might help that uncomfortable feeling of not speaking to the person who is right in front of you. a shoe shine used to cost twenty five cents. Now it's up to four or five dollars, but there is nothing like a nicely shined pair of shoes.

People don't wear shoes any more. They like to wear running shoes. But mostly they walk in them. Seems like a strange name for a pair of shoes that you walk in....

Actually, Best looks like Julius Henry Marx sans toupee, around 1956 or so.
