The bosses sent us an e-mail just a little while ago telling us about a chance to win free airfare and tickets for 2 to the Super Bowl in Phoenix.
We are not eligible for the contest (then again, we're going anyway, so no worries there), nor are our families. But we've been told to tell all our friends. So with all the time we spend together on this little slice of the blogosphere, I think BBiB!, Black N Gold, Craig, NKR, JeffP, Luke and the rest of Glauber Nation qualify as friends. 
Here are the details:
Next week, Newsday will give two lucky readers each a chance to join the NY Giants in Phoenix, with a NY Giants Official Travel Package that includes:
* Airfare for two to Phoenix,
* hotel accommodations,
* a rental car,
* Two tickets to attend the game in the Giants Nation section,
* transportation to the game,
* entry into pre-game parties and other goodies.
Though employees and immediate family members are not eligible to win, your friends are. So do your part: tell everyone you know about this contest and that they need to enter by 11 a.m. on Monday, January 28.
There are two ways to win this fabulous prize:
1) Newsday subscribers who are already registered as Newsday Insiders can just log onto newsdayinsider.com to enter to win. Newsday subscribers who aren't Insiders yet can register and then immediately enter the contest. No purchase is necessary, though you do have to have been a subscriber prior to 1/9/08. Yes, I am aware of the rules, but not aware of where all the readers of this blog live. Like I said, the bosses wanted me to tell all my friends, so I did my part.
Now, if you know anyone who lives in the qualifying area, tell them. And tell them that, because you told them, you should be entitled to one of the tickets!
the age thing is the problem here and i suspect with some of the others. i suppose they did that because of the car rental inclusion, thats silly becaues that is far and away the least important part of the prize.

If you intend to have people check to see if there numbers are the winner, you should make it easier for them to check there numbers(or maybe there are not any winners)
