NFL Fab Five

Five things you need to know about the NFL right now:

Cam Cameron, we hardly knew you. Early favorite to succeed him: Cowboys assistant head coach Tony Sparano.

Jim Caldwell gets a look-see in Atlanta. Peyton Manning gives his blessing.

Herm Edwards will have a new offensive coordinator. Where have we heard that before?

Marvin Harrison might play. No, really, he might play. Seriously.

Marvin Lewis will be hiring his third defensive coordinator in Cincy. Former Jets D-coordinator Donnie Henderson or former Giants D-coordinator Tim Lewis might be next in line.

So Tony Soprano takes over for Cam Cameron?

Well it certainly did resemble a mob hit.

(I know I know, it's Tony Sparano)

Do you think maybe the teams who deal with the Tuna have buyers remorse when, after a few seasons, he moves on and reaches back and pulls the heart out of the former program so as to build the new franchise?

I can't WAIT to hear sports show hosts struggle with "Tony Sparano". How could you NOT say "Tony Soprano"?

Roy Willimas was just named a replacement Pro Bowler! Seriously, is it April 1? He stinks. Who makes these decisions Bob??

BBiB!

You know how WE feel about Roy Williams, so WE are not entirely pleased about this either. He's simply next on the list. Equal weighted votes - 1/3 fans, 1/3 coaches, 1/3 players. It's unfortunate, especially with Cowboys players, who more often than not win because of the team they play for, not just their talent.
