That's really all anyone cares about in Green Bay, and Favre didn't have any immediate answers in the aftermath of last night's loss to the Giants.
But Favre says he will make a decision sooner rather than later, not wanting to drag it out as he's done the last two years.
"I'm not going to rush to make any quick decision, but I think probably it'll be much quicker than it has been in the past - and people will probably appreciate that," Favre said. "But I'm just going to try to enjoy this season we had as much as I can and try to block this game out. It's going to be very hard. I'm not going to let this game sway my decision one way or another."

#5 I am just joking.
Great game last night. I felt impending doom late in the 4th quarter. Anyone with a realistic view on fb would tell you the Giants were dominating in all aspects of the game. They were controlling the game, moving the chains, and stopping the Green Bay offense.
I hope Favre does play again next year. If one of the fumbles goes the other way (the punt return fumble or the goal line fumble by Jacobs) the game would have been swayed. As always, it's a tteam game. You win and you lose as a team.
The Giants played great, and good luck in Super Bowl Giant fans.
Favre will be back. No chance he limps into the sunset with that taste in his mouth. His squad is young and talented, they have a chance to get to the Superbowl next year. He will be back, attempting to go out in style ala Elway.
