Giants defensive end Justin Tuck and Packers running back Ryan Grant are close friends who go back to their days at Notre Dame. Seems the two weren’t above a good practical joke every now and then. 
One year, Tuck placed an open can of tuna fish in Grant’s room on a shelf high enough where Grant couldn’t see it. The room became progressively smellier, to the point where Tuck would teasingly suggest that either Grant or his roommate were not grooming themselves properly.
“Man, it stinks in here,” Tuck recalled saying. “You guys better start washing yourselves.”
The stench lasted the entire year. Finally, when Grant moved his belongings out of the room, he reached up on the shelf and put his hand in something squishy.
It was the tuna fish.
