Look-a-likes: Coach Mike Tomlin and actor Omar Epps

Courtesy of Newsday Jets beat man and regular Glauber blog contributor Tom Rock. T-Rock to those who know him best. This one is a classic. What say you, BBiB! and Black N Gold?

(Bet the Jets wouldn't mind if Epps was somehow switched with Tomlin for 3 hours on Sunday afternoon.)

An actor playing the part of head coach?

And, 53 guys acting like a football team?

One of those on the field at a time is more than enough.

One of my best friends (who is also an attorney) has advised me to keep my mouth shut about this game.... something about the Steelers losing to an even worse Raiders team last year...

...so, on the advice of council... nevermind

Uncanny.

Here's one from me.

So I guess you aren't interested in meeting Mr. Brandon Jacobs in person, then?

Excellent look-alike Bob...
Omar Epps is great.
Tomlin is doing pretty well for himself.
I was getting a little sick of Cowher...nothing to do with his coaching ability...just that annoying scowl and chin...
And always a good move for you to throw in anything to do with the Steelers...
Are you paying the Steeler fans to read your blog?
I shouldn't complain...after all they did give us Neil O'Donnell...

Headline on Monday:

Newsday Writer Hospitalized After Eating His Notebook

go Jets

No payments yet Mr. Slide and as I said earlier in the week, this game scares me. Nice headline suggestion. I'll add a hoped for addendum:

Newsday Writer Hospitilzed After Eating His Notebook: Stomach Too Full from Earlier Laptop Ingestion to Handle It

BG, I would like to meet Ms. Jacobs, I just can't believe you and/or Giants' fans aren't taking him to task for those comments. Joe Morris and Ottis A and Carthon and Hampton would have never dreamed of complaining about the little guys hitting them low. They'd be too busy plowing them over to care. Is it comforting to Giants' fans (do any of them read this blog??) to know that when BJ gets into the open field he's worried about his knees instead of picking up an extra 5 yards?
