Have you noticed? No one's talking about the Colts

With all the attention on Patriotgate, the Cowboys' stunning early-season success and Brett Favre's resurgence, doesn't it seem like the Colts' 4-0 start has gone relatively unnoticed? IMGP1722%5B1%5D.JPG

We talked this week to Colts president and general manager Bill Polian, one of the greats in the sport, and he offered some insights into what's happening out in Indy. It's in our Sunday column.

Now we're gonna look on our website for another Sunday feature we do called "Hot Reads" - a bunch of quick hitters for your viewing pleasure.

It's Jets-Giants Day in Gotham.

Why does it seem like this game is simply an afterthought for New York sports? Does a Yankees meltdown really bury this game that far down the excitement meter? Check back at kickoff. Maybe by then it'll register.

(Oh, the picture. It's me wearing Tony Dungy's two Super Bowl rings. We'd hooked up a couple months ago at a television appearance for ESPN First Take, and he asked if I wanted to try on the rings. I looked at him kind of funny, figuring there was some sort of superstition that would prohibit a coach from allowing a hack to even touch his Super Bowl jewelry. But this is Dungy, maybe the nicest human on the planet, and certainly a guy who couldn't give a hoot about no stinking superstitions.)

Its all ESPN, 90% of their NFL coverage is NE and Brett Favre. I'm watching a lot less of that channel these days. I wish NFL network didn't cost extra.
