Hughes placed on DL

First, Phil Hughes had trouble seeing at night. Then he was possibly going to be sent down to the minors. It turns out he has a stress fracture in the 9th rib on his right side and probably won't be back until July. He'll be shut down for four weeks and then will likely go on a rehab assignment. Darrell Rasner will take his spot. Is it too late to acquire Johan Santana?
